PetCloud - Counseling Disclaimer

As a participant in the Pet Loss and Bereavement Support Group or Individual Counseling Sessions, provided in-part by PetCloud (www.petcloud.pet), 

I understand that the purpose of this program is to provide short-term group support for individuals experiencing grief and grief-related issues due to the loss or anticipated loss of a pet. 

I further understand that this program is not intended to provide professional counseling and/or assessment services for the treatment of psychological problems or disorders, and that I will not be receiving professional therapeutic intervention through this program. 
 
I further understand, that PetCloud is not accountable for anyone’s comments or actions while participating in this program. Each person is fully responsible for anything they say or do.
 
I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD PETCLOUD, AND OUR AFFILIATES, HARMLESS FROM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, ACTIONS, JUDGEMENTS OF EVERY KIND AND DESCRIPTION, WHICH MAY OCCUR TO ME OR MAY BE SUFFERED BY OR THROUGH ME AS A RESULT ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM.

We are here to cherish our pets and give a better life to other pets. We are extremely passionate about that and it is something very personal to all of us here at PetCloud. Changes to this policy

From time to time we may update this policy. When we do, the new version of the policy is immediately effective as of the last updated date listed above. See the Revisions section below for more information on version changes.
When we revise this policy we will always give notice to you by updating this page. In some cases, it may be possible to let you know about changes and news in other ways. For instance, if you have cookies enabled we can just let you know what’s changed when you login next. We can just email you changes if you provide your email address.
